Picturesque views, the best and strategic setting.
Great beds, a well-stocked mini bar, good free WiFi, and it's own balcony in the room. Large bathroom with a bathtub; very professional staff upon check-out the next morning.

Nice location for walking street and nightlife. Comfortable modern rooms with flat screen TV's and DVD player (Tropical deluxe). Balcony with view to spa and gardens. Breakfast good selection for an "included rate breakfast". Airco works well and no noise from it.
Beach in front of hotel dirty, I did not see anybody go into the water. Expresso and Capuccino Coffee not italian style, no Lavazza, Illy or Nespresso. Taste like instant coffee. Sometimes sewage smell at pool as there is a sewage river going through the resort, although the hotel covers it with gardens.

The hotel is located at a prime location near the beach and walking street which is the main hub for tourists in pattaya. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The service regarding getting a cab etc were poor and inconsistent. They booked a cab then cancelled it and then again booked it at a higher price which caused us a lot of inconvience

This place excels with amazing pools and lush gardens while being just a stone's throw from nightlife. Quick service at the poolside bar complements the vibrant atmosphere. Concierge offers unique local insights, and the breakfast spread is a good surprise. Just be aware of some dated decor and the occasional smell from the nearby canal.

Super place to stay in Pattaya, although in the middle of the "hot"area, also good for families with kids. Close to some very good restaurants above the bay (fish and Thai food). Breakfast incredible. Nice people, excellent service.Swimming pool perfect; the park is maintained in a super way, is really beautiful. In fact, almost everything was perfect. I will recommend Bayshore to friends as the best place to stay in Pattaya.
Pattaya is full of cheap but good massage and spa. Therefore I do not understand the Bayshore Spa. I never saw anyone entering, which is understandable. Prices are far to high, almost 6 times as much as in Pattaya. Our first contact there was also not very stimulating and we decided not using this Spa.The Beach area is aboslutely lovely with also there a swimming pool and a bar. We spent there many delightful days, But...the sandy beach itsself was never cleaned and very dirty, more dirty then I have ever seen in any other resort. We did not understand. Entering the sea was impossible and even dangerous (glass on the beach). We only saw fishermen on the beach and tourist groups for entering speedboats.

I liked the faclities of the hotel and overall standard of the hotel as well. The staff were friendly and the age group of the guests suited me and we fitted in well
although the staff were very friendly there were situations where there was a communication breakdown due to there lack of English. If this was the case they should have directed me to another staff member with adequate English skills

The service and staff are both excellent.
The photos on internet do not the hotel justice. It's better in real life, with a breath-takingly beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the refreshing outdoor pool and relaxing spa area that added a nice touch to my trip. The room was cozy with a beautiful balcony view. Just a heads up, the wifi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 🌴

Excellent breakfast. Attention to detail i.e. frangipani flowers everywhere, changed to candles in the evening! Beautiful grounds and pool area. Exquisite atmosphere.
a little smelly around certain parts of the grounds, but not a big deal!

Beautifully decorated brand-new property with top-class and very caring staff from the bellboys who whisk your luggage from taxi to room to the reception where a lady by the name of Golf has been a constantly welcoming and utterly professional mainstay since my very first trip. Magnificent location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Walking Street Club. Positioned in the tropical area, just next door to Kolan island and walking street, mature gardens and a 100 ft long bridge above the " river ".
